Q: What should I wear to the wedding?

A: Dress Code: Beach Formal. Suits for the men and long dresses for the ladies. Bright colors are encouraged! Please save black dresses for the wedding party :)

Q: How do I book my stay?

A: Follow the 'Book Now' tab to book your stay. If you have a preferred way of booking (like you are a Hyatt member), feel free to book that way, you are not required to book through our link. Just please let us know so we can add your stay to our list. If you would like to book through the link but see a better price elsewhere, Destify does offer price matching.

When booking through this site, Dreams rooms are listed at the top, you'll have to scroll all the way to the bottom to view the Secrets rooms.

Q: Should I book on the Secrets side or Dreams side?

A: Dreams is the family friendly side. Secrets is adults only. Dreams does have limited access to the Secrets side - if you would like full access, we would recommend booking Secrets.

Q: What is Preferred Club Level?

A: Preferred Club gives you access to additional bars, restaurants and a roof top pool area with top-shelf alcohol. This is totally optional!

Q: How do I get there?

A: You will fly into Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. For our WA guests, there are direct flights from SeaTac to PV. From the PV airport, Uber is relatively inexpensive, or you can book a shuttle through the resort with a group or another shuttle service. The resort is about 35 minutes outside of PV.

Q: Are kids welcome?

A: Yes, kids are welcome at the Ceremony and Reception which are on the family friendly side of the resort. Reminder that families bringing kids will have to stay on the Dreams side of the resort.

Q: How long should I stay?

A: Carly, Zach and family will be arriving Thursday, May 7th, staying through Wednesday May 13th. Reminder, there is a 3-night minimum for the resort. We would suggest arriving Friday and leaving Monday or Tuesday.
